At Mairah AI Systems, security is foundational to our service delivery. We prioritize data protection across all systems, client interactions, and infrastructure layers.
Hosting & Infrastructure
We use secure, cloud-based platforms and managed services to deliver our website and client experience. All infrastructure partners are selected based on strong security track records and compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Access Controls
We enforce least-privilege access, meaning team members only access what they need to perform their roles. All administrative accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Encryption
All client interactions occur over encrypted channels. We use HTTPS and TLS 1.3 encryption to secure data in transit. Sensitive records shared in client portals are stored on platforms with built-in encryption at rest.
Backups & Recovery
Automated daily backups are maintained for critical systems. We target a 24-hour recovery time (RTO) for all business-critical workflows.
Incident Response
We have an internal protocol to detect, assess, and respond to suspected security events. If a data incident affects your information, you will be notified promptly in accordance with applicable regulations.
